All they verify are your marks sheet and the experience details you have submitted. If the documents are correct there should not be any fear of rejection.

Yes It does. Not like that of TCS which does before you join the organization. In Capgemini you will be asked to join and your BGV will be done after you join. Incase they find some discrepancies will ask to stay home unless and untill your BGV gets resolved.
