If you pick Tosh, he will stay on the Hyperion and you can chat with him about missions, characters, etc. If you pick Nova, he leaves, and that’s the end of that. So if you’re interested in story development, Tosh is a good pick. If you’re just into gameplay mechanics, pick between Ghost and Spectre.
