Naruto wins. (Itachi is my third fave besides Hashi and Minato). Itachi doesn’t have the stamina to fight off Naruto’s SixPath Sage/Kyubi mode. Itachi’s Susanoo while dangerous (with the totsukata sword and the mirror shield) but he doesn’t have the power to hold it long enough to fight Naruto.
