Why did Kaname Tousen join Aizen?

Personality. Tōsen’s creed in life is to “take the path with the least bloodshed”; it was for this reason that he felt it necessary to follow Sōsuke Aizen. Having lost his closest friend, Tōsen had secretly dedicated himself to the pursuit of justice against Soul Society that allowed her killer to go free.

Why does Tosen help Aizen?

Tosen’s backstory of the unjust murder of his friend and the Central 46’s leniency towards the murderer not only reveals Tosen’s incentive to join Aizen in order to fuel his vengeance against the Soul Society, but also suggests corruption within the higher echelons of the Soul Society for not exacting justice.

Why didn’t kenpachi fight Aizen?
