This is because Gmail wants to confirm it’s you that’s turning them off, and not someone else who might have access to your account.

It could mean one of two things: Your Gmail account is signed in on different devices you own. If you have a computer, a tablet, and a phone and you were at work with your phone but your computer and/or tablet were at home and signed in, you will see multiple IP addresses signed in to Gmail.
