Possibly Ableton is trying to auto warp the tracks as they come in and getting the warp points etc wrong. I find this can happen pretty easily especially on tracks that don’t have strong transients that conform to beats. Try: Go into preferences -> record/warp/launch, and turn “auto warp long samples” to “off”.
