My Mobile Hotspot is not working. Ensure that you have Mobile Hotspot enabled on your phone: Android – From the home screen > Select Settings > More Networks > Tethering and Wi-Fi Hotspot. Windows – From the home screen > Select Settings > Internet Sharing > Turn Sharing On.
