Why the inductance of the coil is not considered in a DC machine?

In DC circuits, there wont be change in current. no opposition in turn reactance is offered to the DC current. so the inductance effect is not reflected in voltage equations. Each conductor experiences varying flux and the voltage is dynamically induced and varying.
