Will ATT shareholders get discovery stock?

AT Inc. (AT) and Discovery, Inc. AT shareholders will receive stock representing 71\% of the new company, and Discovery shareholders will own 29\% of the new company. AT expects to significantly reduce its debt as a result of the transaction.

Does AT have Discovery Plus?

It is not a separate channel that you can get as a part of your AT U-verse package. You can, however, subscribe to a Discovery package through U-Verse and select the Discovery networks that you wish to watch. Again, Discovery Plus is a separate streaming service, not a channel.
