Will I get experience letter if I get terminated?

Will terminated employees get the experience letter: It depends upon the company. However, some companies do issue the experience letter, but some prefer to acknowledge it as a service letter. Many companies do mention the termination word in the experience letter.

A Company cannot refuse giving experience certificate/relieving letter when an employee resigns properly. The appointment letter you got when joining, salary pay slips, PF contribution slips will all prove your past experience and you can highlight these to your future employer also.
