Can I flush my bike engine with diesel?

Strictly NO. Whike petrol and diesels are good solvents, they don’t have sufficient lubricity to support the heavy engine components. Also, they may damage the seals and o-rings. A good quality engine flush thins the engine oil, while retaining some of its vicosity, and it is safe on the seals and o-rings.
