Can microATX fit mid tower?

Full-tower and mid-tower cases both fit standard ATX motherboards—by far the most common motherboard size out there. Both can also fit smaller micro-ATX motherboards. Exact sizing varies from case to case, but most mid-towers run up to roughly 18 inches high and 8 or so inches wide.

Will microATX fit in ATX case?

microATX was explicitly designed to be backward-compatible with ATX. Thus, microATX motherboards can be used in full-size ATX cases. Furthermore, most microATX motherboards generally use the same power connectors as ATX motherboards, thus permitting the use of full-size ATX power supplies with microATX boards.

The microATX form factor measures 9.6-inches square and can fit in small form factor cases that are designed for it. A MicroATX motherboard should fit perfectly into a microATX case, but it will also fit in many ATX or mini-ATX cases, albeit with some extra space around it.

Can micro ATX fit in mini ITX case?

I know the general answer is no, but this particular Micro-ATX board I have is fairly small. Smaller than the regular Micro-ATX. It only has 2 PCI slots, which makes it only 7.5 inches in length, compared to the 6.75 inches of a Mini-ITX.
