Can you get kicked out of military housing?
If you currently reside in on post housing your family is authorized to live there until you are no longer in the military. Once your chapter is complete the military housing has the right to terminate your leasing contract and kick you out.
Are there rules for military spouses?
There are no laws governing military marriage. Military members can marry whomever they want, including same-sex partners.
