Do the Tamil Tigers still exist?

Over a decade after the civil war ended, the country is still dealing with its consequences. More than a decade ago they wore the banded tropical fatigues of the Tamil Tigers, more formally known as the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE).
