How long does it take to release IBM offer letter?

After initial phone screen you should get offer letter within 3-4 weeks. My process was long – multiple interviews in multiple locations (about a month and a half). Offer letter was fully automated. Process time can take anywhere from 2 weeks to a month.

Even if it is not related to any specific project, you can expect the offer letter within 10–15 working days alongwith other e-mails including a startup kit in excel format.

Does IBM do biometric verification After the final round of interview?

Usually IBM conducts document verification and biometric for all candidates who managed to come till the final round irrespective of the results of final round. This is done to save time in case IBM wishes to give the failed candidate another chance and if the candidate clears the interview.

How many days before the joining date can I join IBM?

They made it so complicated, that sometimes you can’t predict the joining 2 days before. Even few courses they can ask joinee to complete from home. Joining date and offer release date in IBM can be ASAP or can be ADAP. There is no fixed criterion for it.
