Is a judge a public servant?

Judges are not civil servants, in any country where the Rule of Law is applied, therefore Judges are considered PUBLIC SERVANTS, for they serve the Public on behalf of the Government. Whereas, a Civil servant has the duty to formulate policies, make Laws and execute them with the daily contact of the Government.

Who are considered civil servants?

A civil servant is a professional who works for the government at the local or federal level. Civil servants can work in their local communities, in a state office or Washington D.C. Each branch and department of the government hires employees, handles personnel and determines employee policies independently.

Are court workers civil servants?
