Is Barclays good company to work for?

The company is good for mid range experience people like 1-3years. People work there for long period and found content with what they are doing for 4-5years. Overall it’s a good company though to stick to if you want to grow in banking sector.

Great place to work I’ve had a great experience at Barclays. There has been a ton of change in the firm throughout my tenure, and that, along with some level of bureaucracy, is to be expected in a global company.
