Is Cambridge A levels harder than Edexcel?

Both the exams are considered to be of the same difficulty level over all with differences in opinion regarding subject wise difficulty. An example being that, CIE has a reputation for being easier than Edexcel for English, and harder for maths.

Is AQA Science harder than Edexcel?

The two remaining, AQA and OCR are both equally difficult. They have a structure which is similar to an A-Level social science paper, but with lower grade boundaries and shorter, easier essay questions, and some multiple choice and gap fill questions, but far fewer than in an Edexcel paper.
