Cambridge is a very restful town. It’s egregiously gorgeous, with swathes of green spaces, old, stone colleges, and the river Cam pooling slowly through the town. It’s a wonderful place to think and be. Others are right, though: if you’re looking for a buzz, you’re better off in London.
