Is the bar exam more difficult than the LSAT?

To give a more direct comparison between the LSAT and the multiple choice portion of the bar, the MBE, the MBE is harder than the LSAT. The top 1\% of LSAT takers can answer more than 95\% of the LSAT questions correctly, with about maybe 5 people every year answering 100\% of the questions correctly.
