Is there a difference between US English and UK English?

The main difference is that British English keeps the spelling of words it has absorbed from other languages, mainly French and German. Whilst American English spellings are based mostly on how the word sounds when it is spoken.

What is the difference between British English and International English?

Esentially, they are the same. The International version contains localized English keyboard languages (like United kingdom, Australia, etc.). While the en-US (English) only contains the minimum of English-based languages.
