What do I need to get my state ID in Indiana?

Required Documentation to Obtain an ID Card

  1. One document proving your identity; and.
  2. One document proving your lawful status in the United States; and.
  3. One document proving your Social Security number; and.
  4. Two documents proving your Indiana residency.

Can I get an Indiana ID online?

You can replace your ID card online if you meet the following conditions: You are a citizen of the United States. There is no change in your name, residential address, or other personal information. Your identification card is not expired.
