What is current controlled current source?

A current source that depends on a voltage input is generally referred to as a Voltage Controlled Current Source or VCCS. A current source that depends on a current input is generally referred too as a Current Controlled Current Source or CCCS.

Why the BJT is called a current controlled device while the JFET is called voltage controlled device?

FET is called voltage controlled device because, you can control the output current of it by varying voltage at gate but not by varying it’s current. Whereas BJT is called current controlled device because you can control it’s output current by varying current sourced to its base and not by voltage.

Why BJT is a bipolar device and why it is a current control device?

BJT’s are current-driven devices. The current through the two terminals is controlled by a current at the third terminal (base). It is a bipolar device (current conduction by both types of carriers, i.e. majority and minority electrons and holes) It has a low input impedance.
