This is a first of its kind, prepaid, reloadable card which is designed for convenience and flexibility. The card offers exciting features and a host of benefits for all your payment needs within the city of Ahmedabad. Janmitra Card can be used for – Cashless bus travels in Ahmedabad.

Fare and Ticketing Information Passengers can choose a smart card or a Paper ticket (QR) for travelling by Buses. Passenger can purchase Paper Ticket at all BRTS stations POS counters and ETMs. A smart card can be purchased from all BRTS stations POS counters, Terminals Personalization centres as decided by HDBRTS.

  1. Top Up via UPI: Recharge your Odyssey Card via UPI.
  2. Online Top Up: Recharge online from the online customer portal.
  3. Cash Top Up: Cash Top Up is available at all our listed outlets and BRTS stations.

The balance in Janmitra Card will be loaded after deducting the discount of BRTS as for Janmitra Card, the discounts are available at the time of purchasing the ticket using the card. After submitting the application for personalised card, you may continue to use your existing BRTS Card as a pass till the time you receive new Janmitra Card.

Fillup form & submit required documents with necessary amount of pass fee. They will charge 75 rs for janmitra card. It will take 10–15 days or more than of it for janmitra card, depends on their suitability.
