There are no good buses to travel within Noida, Auto-rickshaw guys are drunk, no good places to eat in the vicinity and the good ones are very expensive. Bangalore and other cities are very convenient, safe. The work culture is highly efficient. Noida has a bit of a babu giri I would say.
