Who is designated employer?

Designated employers are employers who employee 50 or more employees, employers who employ less than 50 employees but whose annual turnover exceeds or equals the amounts in schedule 4 of the EEA, or an employer who has been declared a designated employer in terms of a collective agreement.

Is Atlantic pilot program still open?

As of December 31, 2021, the Atlantic Immigration Pilot is closing, and provincial endorsements will no longer be issued. If you have a valid provincial certificate of endorsement, you can still apply for permanent residence under the Atlantic Immigration Pilot until March 5, 2022.
